Sindhi biryani recipe


                                    DESCRIPTION

  • Sindhi biryani is a special Pakistani dish,and its also the very famous dish and its probably the most consumed dish,is a must find every restaurant,Sindhi biryani is a very tasty dish those who can't try this dish,this is a very easy dish to make,let me show you how you can make this dish easy in home.
INGREDIENTS
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg.
  • Tomatoes 8.
  • yogurt 250 gram.
  • chicken 1/2 cup.
  • lemons 2.
  • green chillies 5(whole).
  • mint leaves 1/4 bunches (chopped).
  • ginger/garlic paste 2 tsp.
  • dried plums 1/4 cup.
  • red chill powder 2 tsp.
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  • saffron 1/2 tsp.
  • bay leaf 1.
  • hot spices 1 tbsp.
  • screw pine few drops.
  • salt to taste.
  • oil as required.

Cooking direction

  1. Par boil rice in water with salt,bay leaves and whole hot spices.
  2. Soak saffron in screw pine,peel potatoes and cut them into quarters. 
  3. When tomato become tender add ginger/garlic paste red chillies,turmeric powder,and salt,fry.
  4. heat oil in a pot and add 6 slice tomatoes.
  5. add whisked yogurt,potatoes and chicken when oil appear on surface.
  6. add dried plums,green chillies,mint leaves,2 tomato cut in rounds and lemon slices to the chicken, mix well.
  7. heat little oil in a separate pot,and place a lawyer of rice,then a layer of chicken masala and lastly,again a layer of rice.
  8. pour saffron and screw pine mixture on top and keep on dum  for 10 minutes on law flame.
  9. delicious Sindhi biryani is ready,serve hot with raita and salad.
