    ·         The pav bhaji recipe is one the best dish for all asian almost indian,a hurried meal for the man in the street,this is a spicy blend of vegetable in tomoto gravy served with pav,when i am lazy to cook on an entire meal for my family,pav bhaji is one of the first few dishes which come to mind,it is easy to cook and also fillings,pav bhaji are based of three kinds,ladi pavs,tbsp butter,tbsp pav bhaji masala.preparation time 15 mints,now lets see how too cook ladis pav bhaji

    ·               Ladi pav is one of the common food items in Mumbai and is used in many food recipes. As named, it is arranged in slabs or "ladi" in rows or 3 or 4 pav or bread merged together. 

    Ingredients

    ·         yeast - 2 tsp
    ·         suger - 3tsp
    ·         salt - 3/4 tsp
    ·         olive oil - 2 tbsp
    ·         milk - 1/2 cup
    ·         water - 1 cup

    Procidure

    ·         hte water and milk in a bowl,heat this mixture in a microwaves just for 40-45 seconds till it become little warm,add in yeast and suger.mix well and cover it up with towel.let it rest for 10-15 mints,if it turn frothy,then yeast is activated.
    ·         seive the flour and add salt to taste.start kneading the doughe by adding little yeast water at time,dough should be a very soft and sticky.add olive oil to it and again to knead the dough really well,whole process to knead it will take around 20-25 minuts,once you are finished to kneading,apply some oil on top and transfer the dough to big pot,cover it up with plastic paperand let it rest in warm place for about one and half hour...
